The Di Filippo Family is running the winery since 3 generations from 1971. It is located in central Italy between Rome and Florence in the DOC Montefalco area. Since 1994 the farm is certified Organically following the European Comunity rules, so we have a long tradition and experience of natural farming.

From 2009 we have introduced the Biodynamic farming and we are tilling the vineyards with working horses in order to respect and don't compact the soil. This is very important for the wine quality because it depends mainly from the grapes conditions and therefore from the farming. We couldn't produce excellent wines like Sagrantino, Grechetto or Montefalco Rosso without a natural farming, and this is also nice for our customers which can have wines without chemicals.
