DELIVERY

• We offer free delivery on single order over HK$1200 (extra charge may apply for Outlying Islands).

• Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).

• Orders received before 5.00pm between Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) will be delivered on the next 1-2 working day.

• Collection from our office is also available, please check with our staffs in advance.

PAYMENT TERMS

​

• Goods are offered on cash terms. Credit accounts can be opened at the discretion of Amorosso Fine Wines.

• Please settle payment to Amorosso Fine Wines at: HSBC 400 657 359 838

• All goods delivered to customers remain the Property of Amorosso Fine Wines until payment is fully settled according to the invoice.

 

COMPLAINTS, BREAKAGES & LOSSES

​

• We guarantee the quality of our wine.  However, the ‘living and fragile’ nature of wine means that on occasion a bottle may be spoiled by any  number of factors.

• All orders are carefully checked before delivery. If a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately. The faulty bottle(s) should then be returned to us for our examination within 2 working days. No complaint can be entertained unless this condition is observed.
