DELIVERY

• Delivery is available from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) to a single location within most area in Macau.

• We offer FREE Delivery within Macau on orders over MOP$ 3000, or delivery charge will apply.

• Orders received before 5.00pm between Mondays to Thursday (except public holidays) will be delivered on the next 1-2 working day.

• Collection from our office is also available, please check with our staffs in advance.

PAYMENT TERMS

​

• Goods are offered on cash terms. Credit accounts may be opened at the discretion of the Company.

• Credit account can be opened at the discretion of Amorosso Fine Wines.

• All goods delivered to customers remain the Property of Amorosso Fine Wines until payment is fully settled according to the invoice.

Credit accounts should be settled in Hong Kong Dollar or Macau Pataca either by cash, cheque, direct debit or autopay.

COMPLAINTS, BREAKAGES & LOSSES

We guarantee the quality of our wine.  However, the ‘living and fragile’ nature of wine means that on occasion a bottle may be spoiled by any  number of factors.

All orders are carefully checked before delivery. If a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately. The faulty bottle(s) should then be returned to us for our examination within 2 working days. No complaint can be entertained unless this condition is observed.
